January 16, 2007: 40 weeks
Actually things are still going very well despite the fact that we're beyond excited to meet Little Man. I've had a few rough nights of sleep- just feeling too big and hands and feet are too swollen to get comfy. Did I mention the 4+ trips to the bathroom at night? When I think I can't go any longer Bryan is there to encourage me that it's only a little longer. He's going to be great in the delivery room.
On a side note: tomorrow will be my last working day before beginning my maternity leave. We thought it best not to tempt fate since we're both an hour away from the hospital all day long and after today I will officially be "overdue". Considering Little Man has been all lined up for a while now we don't want to be the stars of the 10 o'clock news....."Husband delivers baby along I-65 in back of Dodge Durango".
