Mule Day or Bust!!

Okay, so Mule Day was rained out again this year. Boooo! I've been here 9 years and have yet to attend a full Mule Day weekend. We had planned on taking little man to the parade and to see the cloggers but the weather was not only rainy it was downright chilly. SO- just like the good Cub Fan that I am I say ........"Wait til next year!". Next year will be my 10th year here in Columbia so the festivities will be representative of a great decade.

Here are a few pictures of Sean posing with Grammy, Poppy, Sisi and I.... all dressed in his Mule Day attire. (notice the Cowboy boots!).


Also adding a few pictures of Sean's first Easter. The Easter Bunny brought him a take-along mobile (that attaches to his carseat) and a light show- soother. He loves to watch the lights at night! That Easter Bunny sure is smart...and cute! Notice the hand-woven Easter basket from Grammy.




We also visited my Great Aunt Annie in Savannah, Tennessee. She was my Grandfather's Sister and one of my Grandma Mary's best friends. It was great to introduce her to Sean. We spent the afternoon reminiscing and going through the family scrapbook mom made. What a memory!
