New Sean-isms

Ok, is it normal for an 18month old to know the difference between blue and green? Seriously, Sean asked for the blue marker today when we were coloring and he was pointing RIGHT at the blue marker. To test him I held up the green and he said "geen". This could have been a fluke but I'm pretty sure he's a genius. He's also singing "Itsy Bitsy" spider (with motions) and still loves wheels on the bus (also with motions). The funniest thing he's done in a long time is tried to jump rope. I knew Stroller Strides was making a great impression on him, but I had no idea how much he really soaks in!! He also uses his sippy like a dumbell and says up/down. Thanks "Beca"!

Sean is starting to say complete sentences too. One of his first was "Poppy made dis" - while pointing to a book full of CAT diggers. We always say that when we see them on the side of the road.

Sean LOVES animals. His favorites right now seems to be the ah-tu-tu (obviously that means elephant) and zebra, which he actually pronounces pretty well. Our neighbors have some puppys and nearly everyday we blow bubbles for them through the fence. He loves it when they bark and carry on.

Ok, one other funny thing he has picked up is to hold his nose and say "p-u" when he toots. Of course if he catches anyone else he's first to call you out as well. So BEWARE....the time or place has no effect on this!
