Meet the Munsters

This year we decided to dress up like the Munsters. Sean was Eddie, I was Lilly and Bryan was Herman. Here are a few pictures from trick-or-treating.

Sean loved the idea of getting candy. Although he was a little shy with saying..."trick or treat" by the end of the night he was not bashful about holding out his bag to anyone who was in his path. Explaining who was delving out the candy is difficult to an almost 2 year old.
Before the party Sean and I carved a few pumpkins to decorate our stone fence at the front of our property. Sean was only interestsed in using his "colors" on the pumpkin and when I opened it up to gut it he said...."ewwwwwwwwwwwwwgh". This surprised me! I thought he would have loved the slimy innards.

Here is a picture from our Halloween party- he's dancing with Linley in this one. At one point two of the girls were fighting over who got to dance with him. I swear he gave me a look that said "there's enough to go around ladies". And so it begins..........
If you weren't able to join us this year- poo on you. We had a good turnout and have decided to make it a tradition , so put it on your calendars for next year!. The kids (and adults) loved the sound/light activated decorations almost as much as we loved putting them up. I guess I'm becoming obsessed as I've already been cruising around the "after Halloween"sales to increase our stash. Can't wait til next year!!
