Thanksgiving

This year we made the long 3 mile journey to Mom and Dad's for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately Sean was fighting a nasty cold and Mimi wasn't too far behind as she was feeling a little icky too. Dinner was wonderful (as always at Mom's). Sean's favorites were: the turkey cookie- (chocolate covered marshmallow, striped cookie and candy corn nose) and baked beans.
After dinner I had to smash the competition in Scrabble and then we lit up the house. Legally- with the Christmas lights dad had put up the weekend before. YAY!

On Friday we drove up to Montgomery Bell State Park to meet the Finns. (the other Finns). They drove down in their RV and surprised us! Sean was still under the weather but he took advantage of the drive up and cashed in on a long nap. Saturday the Finns drove down to visit (can't get enough of that Grandbaby!). We did a little shopping, eating and of course finished the day with a Scrabble game- (Grandma Finn won this time!). The weekend was too short but still a bunch of fun!
